The Pacific Coast Labor and Employment Law Conference is a long and proud tradition of the King County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section. Local attorneys who represent management, unions, employees, and government entities, as well as neutrals, collaborate to select the speakers and topics, ensuring a balanced perspective in program content.

In its 43rd year, our program is the leading labor and employment law conference in the Northwest. Our presenters are nationally-known labor and employment law attorneys as well as highly esteemed members of the judiciary. The program provides a forum for attorneys, human resource professionals, and labor representatives to learn about new developments in the law as well as to discuss practical strategies for dealing with common problems.

The program's proceeds have historically funded the Mary Ellen Krug scholarship, which provides funding for exceptional law students committed to the labor and employment law field.
