The advance registration fee for this outstanding program is $430, if postmarked by April 25, 2008. Full registration of $485 is required on all registrations postmarked after April 25. Sorry, no single-day or split registrations available. Registration fees include admission to all lectures, program materials, refreshment breaks and the ethics luncheon.

Optionally, for the conference only (excluding the ethics luncheon), advance registration is $395, if postmarked by April 25, 2008, or $445 standard registration after April 25. Attendance at the Ethics Luncheon only is $40 for advance registration, or $45 for standard registration after April 25, 2008.

Course materials only are available for purchase while supplies last for $175 per set (includes shipping).

All sessions will be held in the Sixth Floor Meeting Rooms of the Washington State Convention and Trade Center (800 Convention Place, Seattle, Washington), conveniently located in downtown Seattle.

Continuing Legal Education Credit
CLE credit has been approved in Washington and California for 13.5 general credits and 1.0 ethics credit. Oregon has approved 12.5 general credits, 2.25 elimination of bias credits and 1.0 ethics credit. Credit in other states can be requested – see the registration form.

Confirmation
Each registration will be confirmed in writing along with hotel accommodation and other information, once the registration and payment have been received.

Refunds
All requests for refund must be received in writing (postmarked or faxed) by May 19, 2008. Refunds are subject to a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after May 19, but a substitute may be sent in place of a registered participant if Conference Registration is notified in writing prior to the conference.
