The advance registration fee for this outstanding program is $430, if postmarked by March 26, 2010) and includes the optional ethics luncheon on Thursday, May 13. Full registration of $485 is required on all registrations postmarked after March 26. Sorry, no single-day or split registrations available. Registration fees include admission to all lectures, program materials, refreshment breaks and the Friday conference luncheon.

All sessions will be held in the Sixth Floor Meeting Rooms of the Washington State Convention and Trade Center (800 Convention Place, Seattle, Washington), conveniently located in downtown Seattle.

Continuing Legal Education Credit
CLE credit is pending in Washington and Oregon (13.5 general credits, including 1.0 ethics credit if attend the full program, including the optional ethics luncheon). CLE credit has been requested in Calfornia, Idaho and Alaska. Credit in other states can be requested, please see the registration form.

Parking
Limited parking is available in the building for a fee.

Confirmation
Each registration will be confirmed in writing along with hotel accommodation and other information, once the registration and payment have been received.

Refunds
All requests for refund must be received in writing (postmarked or faxed) by April 23, 2010. Refunds are subject to a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after April 23, 2010, but a substitute may be sent in place of a registered participant if Conference Registration is notified in writing prior to the conference.
